As of April 15th, 2014, Zebra Technologies has entered into a deﬁnitive agreement to purchase the Enterprise Business from Motorola Solutions for $3.45 billion. Both companies are leaders in Enterprise Automated Data Capture technologies and Enterprise Asset Intelligence. The transaction, which was approved by the Boards of Directors of both companies, is subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2014.
